The Talent Business began in the UK in 1979 as Kendall Tarrant. Over 27 years Kendall Tarrant built up an exceptional international network to become the leading global specialist in marketing communications talent. Kendall Tarrant merged with Stolkin & Partners in 2006 and decided to leverage its considerable success to date to deliver a truly future focused service to the industry, re-branding and relaunching as The Talent Business in 2007.

The Talent Business is privately owned with an equity structure and internal remuneration model that embraces its global management team and all seventy employees of The Talent Business worldwide. This management team is committed to continuing to invest behind our ability to deliver the world's most talented marketing communications professionals for the world's leading creative businesses.
