DEDICATED TALENT PARTNER: We work with you to strategize for and manage all senior talent acquisition, and to advise on training, development and retention, against bespoke Key Performance Indicators and six monthly performance reviews, on a fixed monthly fee basis.
TALENT FUTURES: We work with you to ‘future-proof' your business vision and delivery for a digital future, via a program of talent strategizing, organization and acquisition. This service is led by Matt Wells, our Global Head of Digital, and is available as part of a Dedicated Talent Partner relationship, or separately by request.
DEDICATED TALENT SEARCH: We work with you to identify and deliver senior talent for specific roles, on a project fee basis.
TALENT INTRODUCTION: For less senior roles not covered by a Dedicated Talent Partner or Dedicated Talent Search agreement, we will make Talent Introductions on a one-off fee basis.

TALENT REVIEWS: Handling your own recruitment, but interested in our perspectives, insights and views on the talent you've identified? We're happy to provide strategic background and insight in scenarios where we are not handling the talent sourcing directly.
TALENT NEGOTIATION: Handling your own recruitment, but reached a moment when things start getting a bit awkward? You can bring us in to manage and mediate around contract and compensation/relocation/any aspect of negotiations - again, we're happy to work with you in scenarios where we're not handling the talent sourcing directly.
TALENT VALUATION: Looking for creative ways to structure packages and keep talented people happy and with you in a highly competitive marketplace? We can work with you to ensure you find the right approach to lock in and motivate talent.
